To be eligible for a collection box, your organisation needs to use a minimum of 3 imaging consumables (toner bottles, laser cartridges, drum units, fuser kits, inkjets etc) from ANY fax, photocopier or printer per month.

Upon registering your organisation you will be sent as many starter kits as required. A starter kit consists of a collection box, 16 pre-labeled plastic liners, zip ties, an A4 poster and program instructions. The box is easy to assemble and is ideally located near busy printing stations.


There are 2 easy options:

  1. REPLY PAID - If Australia Post pickups from your organisation simply leave the bag with your mailroom. They will return it to us for recycling.
  2. COURIER - Call us or book online to organise a courier to
    pickup the FULL bag from you.

Rulers are made from HIPS which is the primary plastic from your toner cartridges.
For orders of 1000 rulers or above, your organisation's logo or wording can be printed onto the rulers. Please contact Close the Loop® for a quote and artwork design.
